Production

At Teira 1996, production is everything. From the fabrics we source, through how we design and cut our fabrics to the partners we work with - nothing is done by chance. We spend a lot of time finding and selecting beautiful and high quality deadstock fabrics in Denmark and across Europe. We source Liberty of London fabrics from Great Britain and handpick each print from their archives. We are committed to making the most of these beautiful fabrics and utilise every square inch we can. To live up to this commitment we only produce small batches on demand, which minimises the risk of over-production. And even before the skilled seamstresses in Turkey get to work, the team spends a lot of time planning the cutting of each fabric, to make sure there’s as little excess fabric as possible.
