Refund policy
We really want to make shopping with us a great experience, and hope the following info is useful.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order at any time before our team packs and ships it, typically within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once fulfillment has commenced, cancellations can no longer be accommodated, and the cancellation option on your order will disappear as soon as it has been fulfilled by our team.
Orders may be cancelled via the "View order / View your order" link in your confirmation email by accessing your profile.
Our team will review your cancellation request and confirm once it has been processed; no funds will be withdrawn from your account.
In case you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us with your name and item(s) purchased at info@teira1996.com.
Returns
For online orders, we accept items in new and unused condition for an exchange of size/style or a full refund. You have 14 days from receiving your order (or when the parcel has arrived at your local post office) to notify us by email and send your return back directly to us. We do not pick up parcels at the post office. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of online orders in store.
Please notice, until we have received your return, you have the responsibility of the parcel, and we recommend using traceable shipping. Shipping cost is covered by you.
How to return online orders
- Please contact info@teira1996.com and let us know, whether you wish to return for a different size/style or want a refund
- Once confirmed by us, please secure the return in the original packaging with your name and order number
- For Danish clients, we will send you a return label of 49kr. that will be deducted your final refund. For International clients, please send your parcel directly to the following address: Teira 1996, Gammel Kongevej 96, 1850 Frederiksberg C, Denmark. We are not able to pick up any parcels from the post office
- Once we receive your parcel, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Exchanged items will be shipped out within 24-72 hours to your initial address. For refunds, please expect 5-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund back to your original form of payment
- When your return has been exchanged or refunded, you will receive an e-mail from us
Returns of purchases in our Copenhagen store
For purchases made in our Copenhagen store, we accept items in new and unused condition for an exchange of size/style or store credit. You have 14 days from shopping with us to return your purchase.
