Returns

Your order can be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Online orders can be refunded to its original payment method or exchanged to another size or style. We cannot accept returns in our physical store.

The returned product(s) must be in the same condition as received - new & unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Before shipping back your returned item(s), please advise us by e-mail via info@teira1996.com. We will confirm shortly after and give you all the info needed to begin the return
  2. When you have received our confirmation, please fill out this blanket and add to your shipment
  3. We kindly ask you to secure the returned item(s) in silk paper and suitable bag or box
  4. For Danish orders, we will provide you with a returnlabel of 49DKK that will be deducted your refund. For International orders, please ship your order directly to the following address. We are not able to pick up any parcels at the local post office or parcel shop.
  5. Once received, we will inspect your returned item(s) and contact you via e-mail with a refund confirmation or a new tracking number to your exchanged item(s)
